Delivery
We deliver across India. In-stock pieces usually ship in 1–2 working days. Made-to-order chains typically need 5–7 days before shipping. Share your pincode on WhatsApp for exact charges and timelines.
Payment
UPI or bank transfer once your order is confirmed. Cash on delivery may be offered for select cities. We never ask for card details or OTPs on chat.
Exchanges
Because pieces are packed to order, exchanges are handled case by case. Damage in transit is covered when you share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
