Is this real gold or silver?
No. This is fashion jewelry — typically a brass base with gold-tone or silver-tone plating. We list the base metal and finish on every product page.
Will it tarnish?

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Many customers wear our pieces daily. If you have a known metal allergy, message us with the product code — we will share what we know about that piece honestly.
Can I choose a different length?
Often yes for handmade chains. Ask on WhatsApp with the product code and your preferred length — we will confirm if we can make it and how long it takes.

Why can't I buy on the website?
We would rather help you choose. Every order is confirmed personally on WhatsApp — length, finish, delivery, and payment — so nothing is left guessing.
How do I pay?
After we confirm your order on WhatsApp, you can pay by UPI or bank transfer. We never ask for card details or OTPs on chat.
Do you deliver to my city?
We deliver across India. Share your pincode on WhatsApp and we will confirm delivery time and charges before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock pieces typically ship within 1–2 working days. Made-to-order chains usually need 5–7 days before shipping. Transit time depends on your city.
After you order
Can I exchange or return?
Because pieces are packed to order, we handle exchanges case by case. Damage in transit is covered when you share an unboxing video within 48 hours — details on How to Order.
What if it arrives damaged?
Message us with photos and a short unboxing video within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Do you gift-wrap?
